Resona Health, maker of the VIBE pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) wellness device, today published a comparison of affiliate commission rates across the consumer wellness-device market showing that its program pays the highest rate in the industry: a fixed 20% commission on every product Resona Health sells, available to every affiliate from the first order.
On the company's flagship product, the $299 VIBE, that commission is approximately $60 per sale. Published program terms for competing devices range from 2% to 10%, or a flat $10, which works out to between $2 and $35 per sale.
Rates were drawn from each company's published affiliate terms on the Impact, CJ, Awin, and Skimlinks networks and on the companies' own affiliate pages as of September 2026: Fitbit pays 3%; Oura pays $10 per sale; Apollo Neuro pays 5-10%; Sensate pays 10%; Pulsetto pays 5%; and HigherDOSE pays 2%.
"I was surprised when I put the numbers side by side," said Mark L Fox, founder of Resona Health. "I knew our rate was good. I didn't realize how far ahead it was. We are a direct-to-consumer company with no retail channel and no sales force. When a practitioner, a coach, or a podcast host sends us a customer, they are doing the work a retailer would do, and we pay them like it."
Resona Health's program has no tiers and no volume thresholds. Affiliates receive one tracking link, ad-ready creative, and a fixed 20% on every order that comes through it - VIBE, BlueVibe, VaguVibe, bundles, and accessories alike - paid monthly. The flagship VIBE offers 60 programs for comfort, calmness, recovery, and nervous-system support, and is sold for people, dogs, and horses, which the company says makes it a fit for a wide range of wellness audiences.
The company reports that roughly one in seven of its customers returns to make a second purchase, which it cites as the reason it can sustain a commission rate well above the industry norm: a referred customer is worth more than a single sale.
