White Glove Insurance (WGI), an independent commercial and personal lines insurance agency, announced the launch of White Glove Technology, a subsidiary focused on providing a comprehensive technology platform for insurance brokerage firms. The platform aims to consolidate the fragmented vendor ecosystem into a single, integrated solution, addressing a critical pain point in the industry.
According to Tyler Crockett, CEO and Founder of White Glove Insurance, the current landscape forces brokers to manage multiple systems for quoting, client management, compliance, reporting, and operations, creating chaos and inefficiency. White Glove Technology centralizes these functions, allowing brokers to focus on client service. 'The industry is broken,' Crockett said. 'You have too many different vendors for everything you need to run a brokerage firm. White Glove Technology is centralizing everything for brokers—eliminating the chaos of managing multiple systems and enabling teams to focus on what matters most: providing white glove service to clients and supporting their people.'
The initiative is led by Chief Technology Officer Alan Guo, recognized as an innovation leader in InsurTech. Guo brings expertise in building scalable systems for complex operational environments. The commercial and marketing strategy is spearheaded by Will Kapic of Kapic Media, a brand strategy veteran. 'White Glove Technology represents a fundamental shift in how the industry thinks about infrastructure,' said Guo. 'We're building for the realities brokers face every day—not theoretical workflows. This platform is designed by people who understand the business.'
White Glove Technology is currently in development, with beta partnerships launching in the coming months. The platform will roll out in phases, with core functionality available by Q4 2026. The subsidiary aims to help smaller firms scale efficiently while enabling larger agencies to prioritize service delivery. For more information, visit www.whitegloveinsurance.com.
