We Lend Launches Wholesale Property Marketplace to Streamline Off-Market Deals and Financing

We Lend, a private real estate lender active in New York and New Jersey, has launched a Wholesale Property Marketplace designed to connect property wholesalers directly with a network of more than 100,000 real estate investors, buyers, and professionals. The platform addresses a persistent friction point in wholesale transactions: the gap between a property going under contract and securing a buyer who can close.

The marketplace operates as a deal-to-capital connection layer. Wholesalers submit properties to We Lend, where listings are reviewed and validated by the lending team before going live. Once approved, properties are visible to the investor audience, with financing already in place through We Lend's credit lines. This structure reduces the financing uncertainty that often delays or derails wholesale deals.

Properties currently listed are concentrated in New York and New Jersey, with most priced above $300,000. The platform is open to investors of all experience levels, from seasoned operators to newcomers seeking to evaluate deals and build acquisition experience.

Wholesale real estate transactions rely on buyers who can move quickly with certainty. In the current market, where distressed inventory from maturing loans, stalled construction, and rent-stabilized assets is generating motivated seller opportunities, deal velocity is a competitive advantage. Wholesalers with reliable buyers who have financing in place can close deals that others cannot.

“One of the key successes at We Lend is connecting a wholesaler to one of our real estate investors who are always looking for properties,” said Ruben Izgelov, CEO and Co-Founder of We Lend. “What we have done is put that together through a marketplace where we are asking our wholesalers to enter the properties they have, and then bringing our investor network to that marketplace for them to start searching and buying these properties.”

Unlike general listing platforms, We Lend's marketplace embeds the lending function at the point of listing. Properties are reviewed for eligibility before going live, so buyers see inventory that has passed a basic credit review. This reduces late-stage financing failures that commonly cause deals to fall apart after significant investment from both parties.

We Lend has funded more than 1,400 loans totaling over $700 million in originations. Its institutional capital stack, including a credit line with Webster Bank (merging with Santander Bank), supports lending capacity for buyers transacting through the platform.

The platform serves investors across experience levels. Established operators benefit from deal access and execution speed, while newer investors gain visibility into live wholesale inventory with financing infrastructure to act on it. The company views the educational aspect of this access as a meaningful utility.

Wholesalers and investors can submit properties or connect with We Lend through the company's existing channels. We Lend is actively expanding its wholesale partner network and buyer community as the platform scales.
