tZERO Partners with Kondoo Digital for Regulated Tokenized Capital Raise in Web3 Gaming

tZERO Group, Inc., a provider of blockchain-powered multi-asset infrastructure, has announced that Kondoo Digital, a Web3 gaming company founded in 2024 and built on Solana, will use tZERO's regulated platform to support a tokenized capital raise and secondary trading strategy. The offering, conducted under Regulation D Rule 506(c), involves up to 400 million Amana Tokens intended for future utility within the Kondoo gaming ecosystem. The minimum investment is $100,000, and proceeds will fund development of the company's business operations and gaming platform.

By leveraging tZERO's infrastructure, Kondoo Digital gains access to compliant tokenization services and potential secondary trading on regulated securities broker-dealer infrastructure before the network's decentralization. This partnership highlights growing demand from digital-native companies for tokenization solutions that adhere to traditional capital markets standards. Alan Konevsky, CEO of tZERO, stated that Kondoo represents a new generation of Web3 companies seeking to raise capital and build communities using compliant tokenized securities.

Kondoo Digital is developing an integrated, cloud-native platform that streamlines game development from concept to monetization, unifying compute power, creative tools, and monetization infrastructure. Bragoi Flaviu, CEO of Kondoo Digital, emphasized that working with tZERO enables disciplined, compliant capital formation aligned with long-term platform growth. The offering is available at tZERO's platform.

This collaboration underscores the increasing intersection of blockchain technology and regulated securities, providing accredited investors with access to blockchain-native gaming investments within established regulatory frameworks. tZERO's broker-dealer subsidiaries, tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC and tZERO Securities, LLC, are registered with the SEC and members of FINRA and SIPC, ensuring compliance and security for the offering.
