Tonix Pharmaceuticals Reports Strong Q2 2026 Revenue Growth Driven by TONMYA Sales

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) reported second-quarter 2026 net product revenue of approximately $13.5 million, a significant increase from $2 million in the year-ago period. The growth was driven by approximately $11 million in net sales of TONMYA, the company's recently approved treatment for fibromyalgia. During the quarter, TONMYA recorded 12,592 total prescriptions, up 100% sequentially, with new patient prescriptions increasing 36% and refills rising 207%. This performance underscores the market acceptance of the first new fibromyalgia treatment in more than 15 years.

The company's commercial infrastructure is expanding coverage for TONMYA, currently representing approximately 136 million lives across commercial, managed Medicare, and Medicaid channels. Coverage is expected to reach approximately 145 million lives when a managed Medicare agreement takes effect on Jan. 1, 2027. This expansion is critical for patient access and long-term revenue growth. Tonix also continues to advance its clinical pipeline. The company has enrolled the first patient in the potentially pivotal Phase 2 HORIZON study evaluating TNX-102 SL for major depressive disorder. Additionally, it is preparing to begin an adaptive Phase 2 field study of TNX-4800 for Lyme disease prevention in the first quarter of 2027, pending final FDA review and agreement on the protocol.

Tonix ended the quarter with approximately $176.2 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company stated that its resources, together with third-quarter equity proceeds to date, are expected to fund planned operations and capital expenditures into early second-quarter 2027. This financial position provides a runway to execute on commercial and clinical milestones. As a fully-integrated, commercial-stage biotechnology company, Tonix focuses on central nervous system (CNS) and immunology treatments in areas of high unmet medical need. Beyond TONMYA, the company's CNS portfolio includes acute migraine products Zembrace SymTouch and Tosymra, as well as TNX-2900 for Prader-Willi syndrome, which is Phase 2 ready. In immunology, Tonix is advancing TNX-4800 for Lyme disease prophylaxis and TNX-1500, a third-generation CD40 ligand inhibitor for the prevention of kidney transplant rejection.

The robust revenue growth and pipeline progress signal that Tonix is executing on its strategic plan. The company's ability to generate commercial sales from TONMYA while advancing multiple clinical programs positions it for potential value creation. Investors and stakeholders will be watching for continued prescription growth and upcoming clinical data readouts. For more information, visit the company's newsroom at https://ibn.fm/TNXP.
