Toblerone today announced "The Ultimate Gift," a collaboration with Swarovski to create the Toblerone Crystal Bar, a hand-made crystal replica of the iconic chocolate bar. The bar, weighing 851 grams and measuring 305 millimeters, features 546 individually cut facets and required 140 hours of development and 65 hours of production per piece. Each bar is individually numbered and certified.
From July 1 to July 31, 2026, travelers at major airports including Athens, Delhi, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York JFK, Singapore, and Zurich can view the crystal bar at pop-up experiences and place bids in person. The collaboration highlights shared values between the two Swiss and Austrian brands, emphasizing quality and craftsmanship. The crystal bar is manufactured in Austria using high-precision cutting technology, reflecting Swarovski's expertise since 1895.
In addition to the auction, Toblerone is launching a limited-edition Ultimate Gift Box, adorned with Swarovski crystals and containing a Milk Toblerone bar, available exclusively in World Travel Retail airports during the campaign period.
The initiative underscores Toblerone's "Never Square" philosophy, celebrating non-conformity and unique gifts. This campaign not only creates a luxury artifact but also supports local communities through airport charity partnerships, making the gift meaningful beyond its material value.
