The Harvest Table Brings Clean-Label Transparency to ECRM Wellness Session

The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand, is set to participate in the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, scheduled for September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to present its philosophy of clean-label transparency to U.S. retailers, offering products that prioritize simplicity and quality over complex formulations.

In a wellness marketplace saturated with complicated ingredient lists and aggressive marketing claims, The Harvest Table believes consumers are seeking straightforward products built on transparency and purpose. Catherine Clark, Founder of The Harvest Table, notes, "The wellness category has become incredibly crowded, and consumers are being asked to navigate more products and more marketing messages than ever before. We believe the answer isn't necessarily more ingredients or more complicated formulations. It's creating quality products with purpose and being transparent about what's inside them."

The company's approach is evident in its product line. For instance, its Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Granules offer Types I and III collagen from grass-fed bovine sources in a tasteless, instant-dissolving form without added gums, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes. Meanwhile, Multi Collagen Radiance combines Types I, III, V, and X collagen with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Cranberry for a more comprehensive option. For plant-based consumers, Vegan Protein provides a clean-label alternative free from unnecessary additives.

A key differentiator for The Harvest Table is its control over manufacturing. The company produces its products in-house at a custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, ensuring direct oversight of sourcing, formulation, and quality. The facility undergoes annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, meets GMP requirements, and holds Halal certification. Sam Clark, CEO, emphasizes, "Quality isn't something we want to add to a marketing message after a product has been developed. It starts with the ingredients we choose, continues through how we formulate and manufacture the product, and ultimately shows up in what the consumer receives. Maintaining that control is an important part of who we are."

The Harvest Table has already begun its U.S. expansion with its initial product range available on Amazon. Participation in ECRM will allow the company to introduce its products and philosophy to the U.S. retail community, sharing the story of a family-run business that has stayed true to its principles. Catherine Clark adds, "We don't believe consumers need more noise. They need products they can understand and brands they can trust. That's the approach that built The Harvest Table in South Africa, and it's the same approach we're bringing to the United States."
