TeamViewer SE held its Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2026, with 29.95 percent of the share capital represented. The virtual event allowed shareholders to interact directly with the Supervisory Board and Management Board and ask live questions. All agenda items were approved by a large majority.

Shareholders confirmed Andrea Euenheim as an independent member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. Euenheim had been appointed to the board by court in March 2026. She joins existing members Ralf W. Dieter (Chairman), Dr. Abraham (Abe) Peled (Deputy Chairman), Swantje Conrad, Dr. Joachim (Joe) Heel, James Jeffrey (Jeff) Kinder, Axel Salzmann, and Christina Stercken. Euenheim succeeds Hera Kitwan Siu, who stepped down after four years at her own request.
