Storagely 3.0.1 Rebuild Puts Self-Storage Operators in Control

Storagely, the website platform built for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company’s history. The new version will be publicly demonstrated for the first time at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show, September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.

The self-storage industry has evolved since Storagely entered it, and operators are facing new constraints. Rather than adding another round of features, the company decided to rebuild its architecture exclusively around how operators run their business. “Operators have been telling us the same three things for years,” said Austin Simmons, who was named Chief Executive Officer in April 2026. “They want to be more hands-on, not stuck behind a support ticket. They want to launch a new location in days, not weeks. And they want each facility to be able to stand out in its own market. We stopped just adding features and decided it’s time to rebuild around those pain points.”

The rebuild delivers three key changes. First, operators gain more control. FLEX, the platform’s drag-and-drop editor, allows operators to edit any block, swap layouts, and publish new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, the new Location Profile Manager, consolidates every location’s details—address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, amenities, and more—into a single source of truth that automatically updates the website. With the new ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to a Google Business profile can update location details directly on the website. Together, these tools provide a faster path than the support ticket and allow customization that gives each facility its own identity.

Second, launches are faster. New sites launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as quickly. This launch velocity allows operators to move at their own pace, stay agile, and make quick decisions when needed.

Third, performance is better. Storagely rebuilt 3.0.1 from the ground up exclusively for self-storage, with modern architecture, faster load times across mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. All still paired with the newly imagined one-page checkout that includes exciting new upgrades like the long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.

Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer and now CEO, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business, including the years before it entered self-storage. “For years I’ve watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today,” said Leimone. “3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he’s the right person to lead it.”

Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 across September 8th-11th at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. Learn more at storagely.io.
