SPARC AI Inc. (CSE: SPAI) (OTCQB: SPAIF) (Frankfurt: 5OV0) has taken a significant step in its Ukraine strategy by engaging CFC Defence, a Ukraine-based advisory firm, to lead the company's market-entry and strategic-engagement program across the country's defense ecosystem. This move is part of SPARC AI's broader effort to deploy its Overwatch GPS-denied navigation and targeting platform, which addresses a critical challenge in modern autonomous systems: accurate navigation and targeting when GPS is unavailable.
According to the announcement, CFC Defence will help identify and engage key Ukrainian military, government, and defense-industry stakeholders. The firm will also support capability validation, product integration, and commercial deployment efforts. Additionally, the advisory team will assist SPARC AI in expanding its network of Ukrainian UAV manufacturers by facilitating software integrations, coordinating joint testing, and organizing field demonstrations designed to validate Overwatch's performance on operational platforms.
This engagement follows a series of recent milestones for SPARC AI, including agreements with Ukrainian drone manufacturers, the appointment of a local sales agent, expansion of business development and engineering teams, legal support arrangements, and plans to establish a physical office in Ukraine. The company's software-only approach transforms low-cost inertial sensors already inside commercial drones into precision instruments without additional hardware, external signals, or complex integration, making GPS-denied capability accessible at scale.
"We are delighted to engage CFC Defence to lead our market-entry program in Ukraine," said a SPARC AI representative. "Their deep understanding of the Ukrainian defense landscape and relationships with key stakeholders will be invaluable as we work to deploy Overwatch and support Ukraine's defense capabilities."
