Smoking Pig BBQ Reopens Under New Management With Renovations Underway

Smoking Pig BBQ, a staple in North Las Vegas known for its low-and-slow smoked brisket, ribs, and pulled pork, is now under new management at 4379 N Las Vegas Blvd. The restaurant is undergoing a complete makeover while remaining open for business, ensuring loyal customers can continue to enjoy their favorite barbecue without interruption.

The new management is committed to preserving the quality that earned Smoking Pig its reputation. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and pork shoulder is smoked for hours until tender and flavorful, with no shortcuts. The menu, which has made it a local favorite, remains unchanged.

Smoking Pig BBQ operates sister locations in Fremont and San Jose, California, sharing the same smoking philosophy. The Las Vegas location also offers catering for events such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate lunches. A drive-thru and delivery options are available for convenience.

Renovations include a refreshed interior and exterior, a reopened bar with cold drinks and TVs for sports games, and a redesigned dining room aimed at creating a neighborhood gathering spot. The restaurant plans to introduce military nights honoring personnel from nearby Nellis Air Force Base and family nights to welcome local families. Details about the grand reopening celebration will be announced later.

Until renovations are complete, Smoking Pig BBQ invites the community to visit, meet the new team, and experience why it's considered the best BBQ in North Las Vegas.
