SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a smart home technology company, announced it will deploy its advanced plug-and-play technologies at the Grand Hotel du Parc in La Bourboule, France, as part of a master renovation of the historic property. The hotel, formerly known as the Grand Medicis Hotel, is owned by Group OTT and is located in a leading thermal spa destination focused on health, wellness, and longevity tourism.

The renovation, currently in process, encompasses rooms, suites, bars, restaurants, lobby, ballroom, spa, gym, meeting rooms, and corridors. The hotel currently has 100 rooms and suites, with plans to add 30 more. SKYX is expected to supply thousands of units of its smart technologies, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, down lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and wall lights.

This deployment represents SKYX's first European hotel collaboration and is expected to reduce renovation time and cost by up to 90%, according to the company. The technologies are designed to enable interchangeability, future upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions, potentially generating recurring revenues. SKYX is continuing discussions with additional hotel groups and owners worldwide.

Jean-François Ott, Founder of Group OTT, expressed excitement about introducing SKYX's technologies during the grand opening. He noted that integrating these systems will cut significant time and cost while advancing lifestyle and safety standards. Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX Platforms, said the company looks forward to growing its hotel segment in both the U.S. and Europe based on advanced technologies and cost savings.

Group OTT has developed over 250 buildings across Europe, including hotels, residential, and commercial projects valued at over $4 billion over 35 years. SKYX holds over 100 U.S. and global pending and issued patents and operates 60 lighting and home decor websites.
