SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a developer of smart home platform technologies, announced a strategic partnership with Jean-François Ott, founder of Group OTT, a prominent European hotel and real estate developer. Under the agreement, SKYX's advanced electrical technologies will be deployed as a brand standard across Group OTT's existing and future properties throughout Europe.
The collaboration is expected to significantly reduce time and costs associated with hotel and building renovations and new construction. According to the press release, SKYX's technologies can cut up to 90% of the time and cost typically required for such projects. Over the past 35 years, Group OTT has developed more than 250 hospitality, residential, and commercial buildings valued at over $4 billion across Europe.

SKYX's patented "smart ceiling" technology replaces traditional fixed electrical wiring for ceiling lights, fans, and smart devices with an integrated ceiling receptacle system. This system enables simplified and safer installation without exposed wiring, significant reductions in installation time and costs, easier maintenance, and native integration of connected features such as smart lighting and IoT devices. The company positions this innovation as a paradigm shift in building infrastructure, comparable to the historical emergence of standardized wall outlets.
