Mr. Todorov has transferred these shares via an in-kind contribution to Salisto Holdings LLC, a company solely controlled by him. As a result, the direct holding of Mr. Todorov decreased from 27.79% to 21.26%, while Salisto Holdings LLC now directly holds 6.53%. Importantly, the total number of shares and voting rights controlled by Mr. Todorov remains unchanged at 27.79%, with no change in the ultimate beneficial owner or control exercised over the Company.
