Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) on July 23, 2026, expressed support for its portfolio holding ReElement Technologies, which recently announced a series of financings that will accelerate its business growth. ReElement Technologies, a critical mineral refining company based in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, uses an innovative chromatographic separation platform to produce magnet-grade rare earth elements and other critical minerals from recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts. The United States Department of War recently committed $25 million to ReElement to expand production of these minerals for defense and commercial industries, complementing a prior investment from Transition Equity Partners.
Royalty Management has an intellectual property development program with ReElement, under which it provides capital for developing patents and refining technologies in exchange for ongoing royalties from sales generated by those patents. The new financings will enable ReElement to aggressively expand operations, leading to increased use of technologies covered by the royalty agreement and directly benefiting Royalty Management through higher royalty revenues. Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management, highlighted ReElement's novel refining methods as cost-competitive and pure, and expressed excitement about the partnership that drives process and efficiency improvements.
