The Round Rock Chamber has announced the return of Round Rock Startup Day + Week, scheduled for May 5-7, 2026. This multi-day event aims to unite entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and business leaders from across Central Texas through a series of educational and networking opportunities. The centerpiece, Round Rock Startup Day on Thursday, May 7, will feature workshops, panels, and a pitch competition designed to support startups and small businesses.
Adriana Nunez, Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Round Rock Chamber, emphasized the event's purpose: “Round Rock Startup Day + Week is about building real momentum for entrepreneurs. We’re creating intentional spaces for founders to learn, connect and grow while showcasing the innovation happening right here in Round Rock.”
Startup Day will include sessions such as “Failing Up: The Funding Edition,” “Using Memes to Grow Your Business,” “Connections are Your Secret Weapon in an AI-Driven World,” “Unfiltered: Real Talk with Founders,” and “GTM Readiness: The Steps Most Founders Skip Before They Start Marketing.” Attendees can also participate in intentional networking designed to foster authentic connections.
A highlight of Startup Day is the pitch competition, where selected founders present their businesses to a panel of judges for a chance to win funding and gain exposure. The competition underscores the talent and innovation emerging from the region.
The week kicks off with Founders Forum on Tuesday, May 5, from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Registration is available at Founders Forum registration. On Wednesday, May 6, 1 Million Cups Round Rock takes place from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by Co-Working @ the Chamber from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Registration for 1 Million Cups is at 1 Million Cups tickets, and for co-working at co-working registration. Startup Day and the pitch competition run Thursday, May 7, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with registration at Startup Day registration.
