ResProp Management Rebrands Oasis Naples as Aspen Naples, Unveils Multiphase Renovation to Boost Asset Value and Resident Experience

ResProp Management has announced the rebranding of Oasis Naples to Aspen Naples, marking a significant milestone in a multiphase renovation and repositioning of the residential community. Since assuming management in 2025, ResProp has collaborated with ownership to implement a comprehensive improvement plan that includes capital investment, property upgrades, refreshed branding, and enhanced operations. The transformation aims to elevate the resident experience and solidify the community's standing in the Naples market.

The renovation extends beyond a name change. Apartment homes are being upgraded with quartz countertops, new flooring, modern appliances, and fresh interior finishes. Community amenities are also being expanded, with a new dog park, an improved pool and sundeck featuring new shade sails and pergolas, and outdoor BBQ and gathering areas. These enhancements are designed to create a more modern and welcoming living environment while positioning Aspen Naples for sustained success.

Luke Leins, SVP of Business Development at ResProp Management, emphasized the broader impact of the initiative. "Aspen Naples represents what can happen when thoughtful capital investment and strong property operations come together," he said. "This transformation is about much more than a new name. We are creating a better experience for residents while strengthening the property for the future. We're grateful for the trust of ownership and for the work of our on-site team and project partners who continue to bring this vision to life."

The rebranding and upgrades reflect a strategic response to evolving renter expectations in Naples. By combining updated residences, refreshed amenities, and attentive management, ResProp aims to attract and retain residents seeking a modern lifestyle. The move underscores the growing importance of value-add strategies in multifamily real estate, where capital improvements and operational efficiencies can drive asset value and competitiveness.

For ResProp Management, the Aspen Naples project exemplifies its approach to property management and investment services. The firm oversees more than 20,000 apartment homes across Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and is headquartered in Austin, TX. Its in-house expertise spans property acquisition, asset management, business development, financing, and construction management. The company's focus on operational excellence and resident satisfaction is central to its mission to be a premier service provider for property owners and residents nationwide.

The renovation also aligns with the interests of ownership, Excelsa Properties, a real estate asset manager specializing in U.S. multifamily investments. Excelsa has acquired over $750 million in assets and closed its second multifamily fund in 2022. The partnership between ResProp and Excelsa highlights the collaborative effort behind the Aspen Naples transformation.
