REALM Launches AI-Powered Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has announced the rollout of REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, to its entire membership. The new service aims to address a critical challenge facing top advisors: the rapid creation and relocation of wealth that outpaces any individual's ability to track it.

The tool generates a personalized monthly report for each advisor, focusing on their specific market, segment, and book of business. The reports are derived from a comprehensive dataset that no single brokerage or franchise could assemble, analyzed by Scoop's AI to deliver actionable insights. Each report opens with a detailed analysis of the advisor's local market, including inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, benchmarked against the rest of the network. This allows advisors to discern whether shifts are local or part of broader trends. The reports also flag long-held listings and aging inventory, providing recommendations on how to position them in the coming months.

Beyond local market data, the reports examine economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth market, such as liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations. This information is drawn from public filings and REALM's wealth data, mapped to the advisor's territory, with companies and connections named. If a lead points to a company or family known to another REALM member, the report directs the advisor to REALM's connection tools, fostering collaboration within the network.

Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, emphasized the importance of actionable intelligence over raw data: "The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards. It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is." She highlighted the $127 trillion in wealth transferring between generations and the trillions more being created in a few markets, underscoring the need for advisors to proactively identify opportunities.

Early reactions from members have been positive, with advisors like Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in California and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Florida recognizing their own market dynamics in the reports. The development of REALM Intelligence was a collaborative effort with Scoop, involving a pilot group of REALM advisors who provided feedback to refine the AI's guidance. Brad Peters, CEO of Scoop, noted that the iterative process allowed the network to define what is useful and what is noise, resulting in a report that reflects best practices established by the members themselves.

REALM Intelligence is now available to all REALM members. A second release, focusing on wealth migration trends, is expected in the coming weeks. REALM is an invitation-only network of approximately 600 luxury real estate advisors across 23 countries and over 150 brokerage brands, with more than $50 billion in annual member sales. Scoop is an AI performance management platform for multi-location businesses, founded by Brad Peters, who previously built Birst and led analytics at Siebel Systems.
