The summer collection reflects the bakery's dedication to providing inclusive desserts without compromising on taste. Since opening its first location in Brampton in 2007, Rashmi's Bakery has maintained its egg-free and nut-free approach across its entire cake menu, a commitment that founder Rashmi Chugh says is central to the business's philosophy. "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," Chugh said. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
The new flavour lineup includes Coconut Truffle, which layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre; Tiramisu Bliss, a reimagined Italian classic featuring vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa; and Berry Biscoff, which pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry in a vanilla sponge layered with Biscoff cream and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. Each cake is also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
The bakery's recipes are developed from scratch to be free of eggs and nuts, using high-quality ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fruit. Beyond the seasonal collection, Rashmi's Bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring in a photo, screenshot, colour reference, or an idea, and the team will create a custom design. The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders, along with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
