The pavilion currently features a dynamic mix of vendor spaces, allowing guests to create custom meals by combining dishes from different stalls. Among the standout vendors are Las Patronas Mexican Grill, which serves sizzling tacos, loaded burritos, and traditional street snacks, and Spud Lyfe, which offers over-stuffed loaded baked potatoes with both classic and gourmet toppings.
