Olenox Industries (NASDAQ: OLOX) announced the appointment of Kimberly Hawley as interim chief financial officer, effective July 24, 2026. Hawley succeeds former CFO Tricia Kaelin, whose departure was previously disclosed. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across energy, oil and gas, logistics, manufacturing and technology sectors, Hawley is expected to play a key role in advancing the company's growth strategy.
Hawley will continue serving as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of Vivakor Inc. while assuming the interim role at Olenox. The company highlighted her extensive background in SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and strategic financings, including securing more than $120 million for infrastructure projects.
Olenox said Hawley's appointment is expected to support the company's ongoing growth strategy, acquisition integration efforts and financial reporting as it continues expanding its vertically integrated energy platform. The company operates across multiple business lines, including oil and gas, energy services, and energy technologies, focusing on acquiring, optimizing, and scaling energy-related infrastructure and operating assets across key U.S. markets.
