The current assays measured individual samples from that interval for arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, all of which were below the limits cited by the company for the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO) SUIP #25, which specifies maximum allowable heavy metal concentrations for fertilizers containing 10% P2O5. The company stated that these results demonstrate predictable, low heavy metal content in the Upper Phosphatic Zone.
