Loulou Lollipop's Big Dreams Swaddle Wrap Aims to Solve Nighttime Struggles for New Parents

VANCOUVER, BC – Loulou Lollipop has launched the Big Dreams Swaddle Wrap, a new addition to its sleep collection that aims to address a common challenge for new parents: keeping babies' arms swaddled throughout the night. The product, now available on LoulouLollipop.com and LoulouLollipop.ca, is designed to provide a secure, womb-like feeling while allowing leg movement, and it has been named a finalist for the Baby Safety Award of Excellence.

The swaddle wrap was born from founder Angel Kho's personal struggle with her first daughter, who constantly wiggled her arms free from traditional swaddles, waking herself up. “She always managed to wiggle one arm out — even through the zipper opening — and she'd wake herself up in the middle of the night,” Kho said. “I even tried elastic bands around the shoulders just to keep her arms in. Looking back, it's almost comical. At the time, I was completely exhausted.”

The Big Dreams Swaddle Wrap features a soft, silent closure that wraps around the baby's torso, providing gentle tension and security without restricting leg movement, much like a traditional sleep bag. It is made from TENCEL™ Lyocell fabric, which is breathable and helps regulate body temperature, and it uses a blend of 30% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 70% DuPont™ Sorona®, a plant-based fiber derived from corn. The product is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring it is free from harmful substances.

This launch extends the Big Dreams sleep collection, which already includes the Sleep Bag that won a 2025 Good Housekeeping Parenting Award, back to the newborn stage. The swaddle wrap is available in three popular prints, with more options planned.

The product is also a finalist for the Baby Safety Award of Excellence from the Baby Safety Alliance, with the winner chosen by public vote. Parents can vote until September 13, 2026, at the Baby Safety Alliance website.

Kho believes the swaddle wrap is a one-time purchase for families. “I truly believe this is a product you'll only need to buy once,” she said. “We spent years getting the details right. It's the swaddle we would have wanted for our own babies.”

The Big Dreams Swaddle Wrap is now available at LoulouLollipop.com and LoulouLollipop.ca, with more print options coming soon.
