Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. (TSX.V: LMG) announced the results of its 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on July 16, 2026, with all matters receiving overwhelming support. A total of 16,773,870 common shares were voted, representing 60.32% of the issued and outstanding shares.

Shareholders voted 99.67% in favor of fixing the number of directors at three. The election of directors was also approved with strong support. The appointment of Davidson Company LLP as the company's auditors received unanimous approval at 100%. The re-approval of the rolling 10% stock option plan dated August 31, 2022, passed with 99.94% in favor. Disinterested shareholders voted 99.02% in favor of approving Ian Rogers as a new Control Person, with 4,942,000 common shares held by Rogers excluded from the vote. The advance notice policy was ratified with 99.92% approval.
