LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC) has issued a shareholder update highlighting significant commercial progress across its BioPipe Global subsidiary, including three new purchase orders in the Philippines, and the pending acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company, expected to close in April 2026.
The company secured orders for BioPipe decentralized sewage and wastewater treatment systems from an electric vehicle distributor showroom, a major hotel brand, and a national gas station network operating over 1,000 locations. These orders, for systems ranging from 5 to 10 cubic meters per day, represent a rapid acceleration of commercial activity in the Philippines. Management views the gas station order as particularly significant, potentially opening a pathway to a national-scale rollout across one of the country's largest retail fuel networks, as noted in the press release.
BioPipe units have been delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These installations mark important milestones for BioPipe's entry into the European market. Additionally, a BioPipe unit for a European embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured, awaiting logistics arrangements, serving as a high-profile reference for the African continent.
The company reports that its aggregate BioPipe bid and proposal pipeline has grown substantially over the last twelve months, with active opportunities spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Management believes that once key projects become operational, they will convert into firm orders, driven by global demand for cost-effective, modular wastewater treatment solutions.
Regarding the pending acquisition, LifeQuest confirmed it is on track to close in the second quarter of 2026. The target environmental services company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of about $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025, with recurring revenue of circa $350,000. Management views this transaction as transformational, providing immediate revenue and a scalable platform for growth in solid and organic waste management.
The acquisition target has also entered into an engagement with Oberon Securities to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing for Power Knot LFC biodigesters, to be deployed under a purchase-to-rental model. This program is designed to generate predictable, recurring revenue from hospitals, hotels, universities, and food processors, addressing growing demand for on-site food waste processing solutions.
"The expected acquisition will be a significant step forward for LifeQuest," management commented. "It adds immediate scale, operational depth, and multiple growth vectors to our portfolio. Combined with BioPipe's accelerating global commercial activity, we believe LifeQuest is building a unique and highly differentiated environmental solutions platform."
