LaFleur Minerals Upsizes LIFE Offering to $4.5 Million, Fully Funding Beacon Gold Mill Restart

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) has upsized its previously announced Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) offering to up to $4.5 million, reflecting strong investor demand as the company ramps up toward production in the Abitibi Gold Belt. The non-brokered private placement, originally announced on December 15, will fund the restart of gold production at the company's Beacon Gold Mill, located in Val d'Or, Quebec. Concurrently, LaFleur is conducting a flow-through-eligible offering for gross proceeds up to $1.5 million to support operations at its Swanson Gold Project, the primary source of mineralized material for the mill.

The Beacon Gold Mill was acquired in a state of readiness to resume operations, requiring only a few equipment upgrades. This financing round provides full capital for a production restart of up to 750 tonnes per day (tpd). With gold prices sustaining above $4,000 per ounce for several months and hitting record territory 50 times during 2025, LaFleur offers investors a relatively simple and affordable entry point into what is shaping up to be a long-term gold rush.

The LIFE offering is expected to close on or about December 31 and is no longer subject to an accelerated expiry clause. The company's flagship operation is situated in the renowned Abitibi Gold Belt, a world-class mining district with a history of significant gold production. The Swanson Gold Project, an advanced-stage exploration property located approximately 50 kilometers from the mill, will serve as the initial source of feed material. LaFleur's strategy focuses on leveraging existing infrastructure to achieve near-term production, reducing the typical lead time and capital expenditure associated with new mining operations.

Gold's strong performance in 2025 has been driven by macroeconomic factors including inflation concerns, geopolitical tensions, and central bank buying. Investors seeking exposure to the precious metal have increasingly turned to mining equities, and LaFleur's production restart positions the company to capitalize on elevated prices. The company's management believes that the fully funded mill restart will generate cash flow and provide a platform for further growth within the Abitibi region.
