LaFleur Minerals Advances Beacon Mill Restart and Swanson Gold Project Development

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) is advancing a multi-pronged growth strategy centered on restarting operations at its Beacon Gold Mill and advancing development of its Swanson Gold Project in Quebec’s Abitibi greenstone belt. The company’s efforts come amid a volatile gold market, with prices ranging from US$4,000 to US$5,400 per ounce in 2025.

In a recent article highlighting the company's progress, CEO and Director Paul Ténière noted that the last quarter has been extremely busy with major developments, including the run in gold prices. The Abitibi greenstone belt, where LaFleur operates, has produced more than 300 million ounces of gold historically and from current reserves. The company has employed strategic acquisitions and experienced management to protect shareholder value through efficient financing, and the recent prosperity in the gold market has increased the company’s overall prospects.

The Beacon Gold Mill, fully permitted and refurbished, has a capacity of over 750 tonnes per day. LaFleur is considering processing mineralized material from the Swanson Project and offering custom milling services for other nearby gold projects. The company has also been in talks with rail officials to improve transit between the project and the mill, proposing a new spur that would extend directly from the rail line running across the property to the mill.

LaFleur anticipates potential additional open-pit gold recovery across the Swanson Project, which includes 445 mineral claims and one mining lease. Diamond drilling intercepts have shown findings of 2.05 g/t Au over 158.25 meters, with narrow high-grade results including 121.0 g/t Au over 1.1 meters. The Swanson Gold Project is approximately 18,304 hectares and includes several prospects previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. The project is easily accessible by road, allowing direct access to several nearby gold mills.
