Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been named Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry. The appointment places Ramirez on the organization's Board of Directors, where she will lead the marketing committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications across its 1,200-member network.
Ramirez's background combines direct trades experience with nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership. Before joining CI Web Group, she worked inside plumbing and HVAC companies, advancing from customer-facing roles into operations and marketing. In her current position, she oversees the company's growth organization, including sales and the customer lifecycle. This blend of hands-on industry knowledge and marketing expertise positions her to effectively communicate the value of Women in HVACR to a broader audience.
In her new role, Ramirez will lead the committee that handles press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources. She will collaborate with other Women in HVACR committees to ensure consistent messaging and expanded reach. "This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."
The appointment comes at a time when the HVACR industry faces ongoing labor shortages and increasing efforts to diversify its workforce. Women in HVACR, founded in 2002, supports more than 1,200 members through networking, mentoring, education, scholarships, professional development, and industry events. By elevating a leader with both trades and marketing experience, the organization aims to strengthen its visibility and attract more women to an industry that offers stable, well-paying careers. "I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," said Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."
Ramirez's dual role at CI Web Group and Women in HVACR underscores the growing intersection between marketing technology and trade organizations. CI Web Group, an AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades, serves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service companies nationwide. The company is also the developer of Hydra OS, a website platform built specifically for home service businesses. As Marketing Chair, Ramirez will leverage her experience with digital marketing and search to help Women in HVACR reach more potential members and partners. For an industry that often struggles with public perception and recruitment, her efforts could play a key role in reshaping how women view careers in HVACR.
