IVU Traffic Technologies AG Enhances Transparency and Profitability with Accelerated Reporting and New Investor Dialogue

IVU Traffic Technologies AG, a leading provider of software and IT solutions for bus and rail companies, is intensifying its investor relations efforts to make its business performance more transparent for investors and analysts. The company announced a significant acceleration of its fast-close processes and the introduction of interim analyst conference calls starting in Q3 2026, following strong preliminary results for the first half of 2026 that prompted an upward revision of its full-year earnings outlook.

As reported in an ad hoc announcement on July 20, 2026, IVU Traffic Technologies AG significantly improved its results in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year. Operating profit (EBIT) rose to EUR 3.3 million, up from EUR 1.0 million in the first half of 2025. This increase stems from growth in recurring revenue and the initial success of efficiency-boosting measures. These factors led the Executive Board to raise its full-year 2026 EBIT outlook to approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous forecast of approximately EUR 20 million and compared to EUR 18.6 million in 2025. The outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million remains unchanged. The company plans to publish its final half-year report on August 27, 2026.

Starting in Q3 2026, the streamlining of fast-close processes will allow IVU to move up its reporting dates by about two weeks. As a result, results for the first nine months of 2026 will be published on November 5, 2026. All reports will be available for download on the company’s investor relations website at https://www.ivu.com/en/investors/financial-reports.

In addition to faster reporting, IVU will introduce interim analyst conference calls as standard practice starting in Q3 2026. These calls will give investors and analysts the opportunity to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. The company plans additional in-person and digital communication formats, with further details to be announced in due course.

“We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets - with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications,” said Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG.
