In a move that signals a significant shift in how regional gaming operators approach patron engagement, IVOREE has announced an enterprise-wide mobile platform deployment with Delaware North's Ember Entertainment. The agreement extends IVOREE's patron engagement technology and AI-driven capabilities to six properties across four states: Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia, Gate City Casino in New Hampshire, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and Hamburg Gaming in New York, and Southland Casino Hotel in Arkansas. The full platform mobile solution is now live across all six properties.
The deployment centers on a single platform architecture designed to connect patrons to the Ember Rewards program and carry the guest journey across gaming, hotel, dining, and retail touchpoints—regardless of which Ember Entertainment property a patron visits. The mobile-first solution provides real-time point tracking, personalized offers, campaigns, promotions, and engagement mechanics driven by IVOREE's technology. The platform's player-data layer enables each property to tailor the guest experience at the individual patron level, while giving Ember Entertainment a unified view of engagement activity across all participating venues and states.
This matters because it demonstrates the growing demand for seamless, cross-property loyalty experiences in an industry where operators have traditionally relied on fragmented, location-specific systems. By connecting four distinct regulatory environments and player markets on one platform, IVOREE and Ember Entertainment are proving that a unified approach is not only possible but can be executed at scale. Jason Gregorec, President of Delaware North's gaming business, explained the strategic timing: "We went through a very thorough RFP process, and it was pretty clear that while other companies were developing one-off custom products, the IVOREE platform was focused on incredible patron engagement capabilities and powerful AI reach that were second to none. We were deliberate about having our launch overlap with our Ember Rewards rebranding to pack a powerful double punch, delivering the type of technology and guest experience that has never been seen in gaming and hospitality before."
The rollout spans four distinct regulatory environments, each with its own nuances and player bases. Vaughn Place, Head of Product Strategy at IVOREE, noted, "Four states, different environment nuances, four distinct player bases - and one platform that had to work flawlessly for all of them. That's the kind of challenge our platform is built for." This achievement highlights IVOREE's ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes while maintaining a consistent, high-quality user experience. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, added, "This is exactly what we set out to build at IVOREE - give operators one singular platform with an infinite reach."
The implications for the broader gaming and hospitality sector are profound. As patrons increasingly expect digital-first, personalized interactions, operators that can deliver a cohesive loyalty experience across multiple properties will be better positioned to compete. Ember Entertainment's decision to unify its six venues under one platform—rather than pursuing separate solutions—reflects a strategic bet on centralization and AI-driven personalization. For IVOREE, the deployment serves as a proof point of its platform's scalability and regulatory flexibility, potentially attracting other multi-property operators. With a presence in Gaming, Hospitality, and the broader Discretionary sector, IVOREE serves Historical Horse Racing (HHR) Operators, Route Markets, Sovereign Nation Tribes, and Commercial Gaming locations across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. The successful launch with Ember Entertainment could accelerate the industry's move toward integrated, mobile-centric patron engagement systems, ultimately reshaping how regional casinos compete for loyalty and share of wallet.
