Ironman International Provides Operational Update, Announces New Pipe Inspection Division and OTCQB Upgrade

Ironman International Ltd. (TSX-V: IMI; OTCQB: IMITF) has provided an operational update detailing its three foundational pillars: business fundamentals, growth, and strategic alignment of staff and suppliers to deliver value to customers.

The company’s directional drilling segment experiences seasonality, using late fall and winter for preparation and training, while its telecom segment, Lite Access, provides stable year-round revenues from the Greater Vancouver Area. Ironman has kept crews busy this winter due to a full work pipeline.

In terms of growth, Ironman submitted more than 220 bids in December 2025 and January 2026, anticipating a strong workflow for fiscal 2026. The company is actively bidding on projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Northwest Territories, Alaska, and the continental US. The company has doubled its staff from the end of fiscal 2024 to the end of fiscal 2025, reinvesting earnings into training, capital assets, and new segments.

A new division, Ironman Pipe Inspection (Ironman PI), has been established to provide comprehensive inspection services for critical pipeline systems, leveraging the company’s civil works background. The division aims to support utility projects throughout North America and prevent expensive delays. More information is available at www.ironmanpi.com.

Additionally, the company announced that its common shares have been upgraded to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol IMITF, effective February 18, 2026. This upgrade provides increased visibility and trading efficiency for US investors.

Ironman remains focused on delivering strong results for 2026 through relentless execution, innovation, disciplined expansion, and alignment to build enduring shareholder value. The company expects to announce revenues for fiscal 2025 and provide guidance for fiscal 2026 in March.
