Invech Holdings Inc. Announces New Management and Strategic Shift Toward SaaS and Uplisting

Invech Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: IVHI) has announced a significant change in control and management, along with a new strategic direction that includes expanding its software development services and pursuing an uplisting from the OTC markets. The company, which specializes in regulatory document drafting and consulting for public companies, as well as software development in the SaaS space, filed an 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the control change. The filing can be viewed at SEC 8K Filing.

The new CEO and majority owner, Alexander M. Woods-Leo, brings a diverse background with over 20 years of computer technology experience, 15 years in sales and marketing, 10 years in banking, and a decade of strategic business consulting. At 38, Mr. Woods-Leo has led both private and public companies for nearly 15 years, holds two patents, and has published apps on three platforms. He also has specialized experience in funding startup companies.

Under the new management, Invech Holdings has expanded its business to include SaaS platform coding services and development. The company plans to introduce new technology acquisitions, funding solutions, and asset purchases. Notably, the current management has no intention of remaining in the OTC tier. Mr. Woods-Leo stated, "There is a plan in motion whereas the company is preparing to announce funding terms, and asset acquisitions." He added, "I am leveraging my last 15 years of contacts globally to bring this company to the next level and enhance its operations. The company intends to continue to file with the SEC, conduct its PCAOB Audits, however, it will no longer be filing with OTC Markets for OTCID."

In support of its new strategy, Invech Holdings has updated its website, which will be enhanced over time, at www.invechholdings.com. Additionally, the company has retained Brunson Chandler and Jones to assist with all legal matters related to its filings and provide legal advice.

This announcement marks a pivotal shift for Invech Holdings as it moves away from its traditional consulting role and toward becoming a more technology-focused entity. The decision to cease filing with OTC Markets and pursue an uplisting signals a desire for greater visibility and credibility among investors. The new CEO's extensive experience in technology and funding could facilitate the planned acquisitions and growth initiatives. However, as with any forward-looking statements, the company cautions that actual results may differ materially due to various risks, including market acceptance, competition, and the ability to develop new products and services.
