Instinct Bio Partners with INVITRX to Bring GENREVER to U.S. and Boost Indonesia Regenerative Medicine

NEW YORK, NY and TOKYO, JAPAN – July 30, 2026 – Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOT) announced today that its subsidiaries have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Invitrx Therapeutics, Inc. to advance two key workstreams: bringing the GENREVER cosmetic brand to the United States and supporting regenerative medicine efforts in Indonesia.

The collaboration builds on a six-year commercial relationship under which Instinct Bio has sourced raw materials from INVITRX. Under the proposed agreement, Instinct Bio will license the GENREVER trademark, Artisans Production will contribute proprietary formulations, and INVITRX will manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP facility, positioning the brand as a premium Japanese cosmetics line in the American market.

In a second workstream, the parties intend to collaborate on Indonesia's emerging regenerative medicine ecosystem. INVITRX is expected to supply concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for proposed clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center, with the goal of establishing a localized platform in a rapidly growing healthcare market.

Tomoki Nagano, CEO of Instinct Bio, stated, "This collaboration represents an important step in our strategy to expand Instinct Bio's international platform. By bringing together the GENREVER brand, Artisans Production's proprietary formulations and INVITRX's U.S. GMP manufacturing capabilities, we believe we are creating a strong foundation for future growth in both the United States and Southeast Asia."

The parties will negotiate definitive commercial agreements covering manufacturing, supply, and commercialization while progressing regulatory assessments. The MOA establishes a framework, but no assurance can be given that definitive agreements will be executed or that the proposed initiatives will be implemented.

Instinct Bio is a biotechnology company focused on regenerative medicine and longevity technologies. More information is available at https://instinct-biot.com/. INVITRX is a U.S.-based biotechnology company operating a GMP facility and supplying cell-derived biological materials.
