Romanella shares a personal story from his career when he was chosen to manage a critical integration at UPS, despite data suggesting he lacked certain qualifications. His CEO and COO used what he calls "AIAI—Am I All In?"—a human judgment based on trust and commitment. They told him, "We have faith in you. Be yourself. Learn first, question second." That belief transformed his career.
