Ignite Counseling Colorado Wins 2026 Colorado Companies to Watch Award

Ignite Counseling Colorado has been selected as a 2026 Colorado Companies to Watch award winner, an honor that recognizes second-stage companies demonstrating strong performance, leadership, and community impact. The award, established in 2009, supports growth-stage organizations through year-round programming and resources.

For Ignite Counseling Colorado, this recognition reflects a journey that began in 2018 when Founder and Clinical Director Carla D'Agostino-Vigil started the practice with a focus on exceptional clinical care. What began as a solo practice has grown into a team of compassionate, highly-trained clinicians dedicated to helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with evidence-based, personalized care. Today, the practice provides specialized treatment for anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

"We're incredibly honored to receive this recognition from Colorado Companies to Watch," said Carla D'Agostino-Vigil, Founder and CEO of Ignite Counseling Colorado. "This award comes at an especially meaningful time as we prepare to open our new Youth & Family Therapy Center in Westminster. Expanding our services for children and teens ages 6–17, including play therapy, EMDR therapy, and individual counseling, reflects our continued commitment to meeting the growing mental health needs of our community."

As part of Mindfully Behavioral Health, Ignite Counseling Colorado continues to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services throughout the Denver Metro area while maintaining the warm, community-centered culture that has guided the practice since its founding. The organization remains committed to making compassionate, evidence-based mental health care more accessible for individuals and families across Colorado.

"This recognition isn't simply about growth," added D'Agostino-Vigil. "It's about staying true to who we are while continuing to serve more people. We remain committed to providing exceptional care, supporting our communities, and helping every client build a healthier, more fulfilling life."

The award underscores the importance of expanding mental health services in Colorado, where demand continues to rise. By opening the new Youth & Family Therapy Center, Ignite Counseling Colorado is addressing critical gaps in care for children and adolescents, a demographic that has faced increasing mental health challenges in recent years. The recognition also highlights the role of second-stage companies in driving economic and community impact, as these businesses often create jobs and innovate within their sectors.
