ICONSIAM, the global landmark on the Chao Phraya River, concluded Pride Month 2026 with a historic celebration that showcased Thailand's readiness to host World Pride 2030. On June 30, 2026, the venue staged Thailand's first-ever Rainbow Drone and Fireworks Show, the "Journey of Pride Spectrum," a five-minute aerial display combining rainbow-themed drones and fireworks. The event drew large crowds along the riverfront and generated significant online engagement, with images and videos shared globally on social media.
The spectacle highlighted Bangkok's reputation as a welcoming destination for LGBTQIA+ communities and travelers. Throughout June, ICONSIAM hosted the "UNITY OF PRIDE: DIVERSE SERIES, ONE COMMUNITY" campaign, featuring immersive experiences such as the Pride Rainbow Waterfall on the 6th floor, Asia's longest rainbow-themed dancing fountain show, and the ICONIC Rainbow Lighting installation created with LightSource on the building's façade. Other events included the A FAIR x UNITY OF PRIDE shopping festival, the Pride & Greet fan experience with artists from DOMUNDI, and the art exhibition "Colors of Pride: Unity in Diversity" by Queer Art Thailand on the M Floor.
