The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will stage the Fashion Hong Kong professional showroom in Paris from June 24 to 28, 2026, during Paris Men's Fashion Week. The initiative brings Hong Kong fashion designer brands to the French capital to present their Spring/Summer 2027 collections and expand their international presence. For the first time, the HKTDC partners with Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) as a strategic partner, marking a cross-sector collaboration that combines creative industries with logistics expertise.
The showroom will be located at 4 Rue de la Paix in Paris' renowned fashion district. Featured brands include MARCCH and MATTER MATTERS, which will debut collaborative pieces created with Paris-based artist Yaz Bukey, showcasing a fusion of Hong Kong design and European creativity. Other participating brands include Kinks Lab, Pabe Pabe, and PLOTZ. A networking reception on June 27 is expected to attract around 200 industry professionals, media representatives, and buyers, providing opportunities for Hong Kong brands to connect with the international fashion community.
This collaboration between HKTDC and Hactl highlights Hong Kong's unique strength in integrating creative industries with professional services. Hactl's expertise in cargo operations and logistics management supports the efficient movement of fashion goods, while HKTDC's international promotional platform helps brands explore new opportunities. Amid growing global emphasis on speed, connectivity, and sustainability in fashion, the partnership underscores Hong Kong's innovative approach to integrating creativity, commerce, and professional services.
The Fashion Hong Kong event series provides Hong Kong designer brands with comprehensive, one-stop international promotion support. Through exhibitions, business matching, and promotional activities, the platform enables direct engagement with overseas buyers, media, and industry players, widening brand exposure and expanding into European and global markets. This initiative solidifies Hong Kong's role as an East-meets-West centre for cultural exchange.
