A certified public accountant with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, Crump joins the board as the company advances commercialization of its first FASForm(TM) facility in Mason County, West Virginia, expanding the board to seven directors, four of whom are independent.

Crump currently serves as chief accounting officer of Insight Enterprises, where she oversees global accounting, financial reporting, compliance and corporate financial planning across 19 countries.
