FingerMotion Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR), a mobile data and telecommunications services company expanding into the enterprise AI compute market, has noted that Lyken AI Computing Inc., operating as Lyken.AI, has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. The MOU outlines an indicative framework under which Lyken would lease, host, manage, and/or otherwise make available a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services and related commercial arrangements.
The contemplated arrangement calls for an indicative five-year term, but remains subject to Lyken securing sufficient funding, execution of definitive agreements, and other conditions. Aggregate indicative revenues are to be determined and disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements. This MOU marks a significant step for Lyken in establishing itself in the AI compute infrastructure space, which is becoming increasingly critical as demand for AI inference capabilities surges.
FingerMotion acquired a 9.9% interest in Lyken in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000 that closed on Aug. 17, 2026. This investment aligns with FingerMotion's strategy to diversify beyond its core mobile payment and recharge platform solutions in China, leveraging the growing enterprise AI market. The company's vision is to rapidly grow its user base and develop an ecosystem of high-engagement users, and this partnership with Lyken could open new revenue streams and technological capabilities.
The AI compute cluster, powered by NVIDIA B300 GPUs, is designed to handle heavy inference workloads, which are essential for deploying AI models in production. By partnering with Swarmnet, Lyken aims to provide high-performance computing resources to support various AI applications, potentially including natural language processing, computer vision, and other data-intensive tasks.
This development is important because it highlights the increasing commoditization of AI infrastructure and the emergence of specialized providers like Lyken. As more companies seek to deploy AI solutions, the demand for scalable and efficient compute resources is expected to grow. FingerMotion's stake in Lyken positions it to benefit from this trend without directly bearing the capital-intensive costs of building such infrastructure.
However, investors should note that the MOU is non-binding and subject to several conditions. The final terms and revenue potential will only be known once definitive agreements are signed. FingerMotion's management has expressed optimism about the potential of this venture, but they also caution that there is no guarantee that the deal will be completed.
