The facility would use BlueFlare’s proprietary BALA(TM) load-management platform to dynamically allocate power between AI and bitcoin mining workloads and is designed to avoid common development delays by operating independently of grid interconnection and fiber infrastructure. The parties noted that discussions remain preliminary and non-binding, and no commercial term sheet or definitive agreement has yet been executed.
