Dr. Gina Goldfeder Introduces the LiberaSueña Method in the U.S., Merging Clinical Psychology and Dream Analysis for Personal Transformation

Dr. Gina Goldfeder, a clinical psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, has announced the U.S. launch of her latest book, "En un sueño cabe tu vida: El método LiberaSueña para la transformación personal" ("Your Life Fits Inside a Dream: The LiberaSueña Method for Personal Transformation"), published by Bienestur / Hachette Livre. The book introduces the LiberaSueña Method, a structured six-step methodology that integrates dream symbol analysis, active imagination, intuition, and therapeutic writing to decode emotional wounds and transform them into scars of wisdom.

Dr. Goldfeder holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master's and Doctorate in Individual and Couples Therapy from the Instituto Mexicano de la Pareja (AMETEP), and a Master's in Creative Writing from the University of Salamanca. Her approach combines the analytical rigor of Jungian psychology with modern self-observation tools, offering a profound blueprint to step off "autopilot" and turn the world of dreams into a compass for inner healing.

The LiberaSueña Method arrives at a time when mental health and stress management are critical public concerns. Dr. Goldfeder emphasizes that "your dreams already know the way; this book teaches you how to walk it. In an era dominated by rush and instant answers, stepping into dream territory means unlocking the soul's most intimate language." The method is designed to help individuals decode emotional wounds and build resilience, addressing high-impact topics such as mental health, stress management, and healthy relationships.

Dr. Goldfeder's published works reflect a prolific career in human development. Key titles include "Releasing the Emotional Wound" (2026, International Edition), "Diario de los sueños" (Dream Journal, 2025), and "Soltar la herida: Una oportunidad de vida" (Healing the Wound: An Opportunity for Life; 2023, Ediciones Urano). She has also contributed to collective works such as "Al unísono" (In Unison, 2024) and the anthology "Mujer: técnica mixta" (Woman: Mixed Media).

Dr. Goldfeder has collaborated with global leaders in health and consciousness, including Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Brené Brown, Brian Weiss, and Marco Antonio Regil. Ahead of her participation at the Miami Book Fair (November 15–22), she will launch a U.S. Spanish-language media tour focusing on resilience, mental health, stress management, and practical tools for building healthy relationships.

The LiberaSueña Method represents a significant contribution to the field of personal transformation, offering a clinical and spiritual roadmap that merges scientific rigor with intuitive exploration. By providing a structured approach to dream analysis and emotional healing, Dr. Goldfeder's work has the potential to help individuals achieve deeper self-awareness and lasting change.
