Desert Sky Roofing Rebrands as DSR Roofing, Vows to Maintain Same Standards

TUCSON, Ariz. - The veteran-owned roofing company known as Desert Sky Roofing has officially rebranded as DSR Roofing, effective June 2026. Owner Bill Kimbley, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, emphasized that the name change is a simplification that reflects the company's evolution while preserving its core values and operational standards.

'We simplified the name to better reflect who we've become,' said Kimbley. 'But the heart of it doesn't change. Tucson is home. These are our neighbors. A lot of the people we started out working for, we now call friends, and some of them feel like family.'

DSR Roofing continues to focus on protecting homeowners from unethical contractors by providing what Kimbley calls 'legendary roofing experiences.' The company's five core values - Results, Accountability, Integrity, Serving Others, and Excellence - remain unchanged. These principles, derived from Kimbley's military background, guide every project from initial inspection to final walkthrough.

Over 2,500 roofs have been completed across Southern Arizona since the company's founding. Kimbley noted that the company's reputation is built on relationships rather than volume. 'I can go home at night and lay my head down and know that I did the very best I could for those who put their trust in me,' he said.

DSR Roofing offers a full range of services including tile, shingle, and flat roof repair and replacement, roof coatings, skylight work, emergency repairs, and inspections. The company holds a BBB A+ rating and certifications including Tamko Pro Gold, TRC Master Applicator, and Tile Roofing Industry Alliance, along with Arizona ROC licensing.

The company remains committed to community involvement, donating a portion of profits to local nonprofits and offering discounts to veterans, senior citizens, and first responders. Kimbley also highlighted the company's participation in Military Makeover with Montel, where they donated a roof.
