Datavault AI to Outline Blockchain and AI Strategy at Upcoming Analyst Day

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it will host its first Analyst and Investor Day in New York City on Aug. 4, 2026. The event is designed to outline the company’s strategic roadmap and demonstrate technologies supporting its AI-powered data monetization and real-world asset tokenization platform. Management plans to present a live demonstration of the Information Data Exchange(R) (IDE), an update on the expansion of the SanQtum distributed GPU edge network, and details regarding the pending acquisition and planned integration of the NYIAX advertising exchange into Datavault AI’s broader blockchain ecosystem.

During the event, management expects to discuss the commercialization of its tokenization and exchange platforms, including agreements covering an estimated $800 million in real-world assets. The company also reaffirmed its target of at least $200 million in 2026 revenue. Additional presentations will focus on scaling the SanQtum network to approximately 48,000 GPUs across more than 100 U.S. cities by year-end, as well as plans to launch AI-enabled marketplaces for licensing and trading tokenized data, commodities, advertising, sports and entertainment rights, and other digital and real-world assets during the second half of 2026.

The announcement underscores Datavault AI’s push to integrate blockchain and artificial intelligence to create new revenue streams from asset tokenization. The company’s platform leverages high-performance computing and Web 3.0 technologies to provide solutions for data perception, valuation, and secure monetization. The Information Data Exchange enables digital twins and the licensing of name, image, and likeness by securely attaching physical real-world objects to immutable metadata.
