Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has provided an update on its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The LOI outlines a roadmap that includes a visit by CEO Brenton Scott to HCP headquarters in Poznan and the delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit for technical evaluation and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Between May 20-24, Brenton Scott visited HCP Headquarters in Poznan, inspecting various factories, with discussions now well advanced in finalizing commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 has been dispatched to HCP’s Poznań facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026. This milestone marks a significant step toward establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for the Nexus 20 platform within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in three key areas: production and assembly, technology transfer, and strategic market expansion. The partnership aims to combine CiTech’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s established manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations.
