CHORD Real Estate Announces Third Annual Invest Panama Summit to Offer Hands-On Market Experience

CHORD Real Estate has announced the dates for its third annual Invest Panama Summit, set to take place from January 14 to 17, 2027, in Panama City, Panama. The four-day guided experience is designed to offer prospective buyers and investors an immersive introduction to Panama’s real estate market, with registration now open at chordrealestate.com/investpanamasummit.

The summit comes at a time when Panama’s real estate market continues to attract international attention, particularly from North American buyers seeking second homes, rental properties, or residency-linked purchases. According to CHORD, the market’s nuances vary significantly by zone, and the event is structured to provide participants with the context needed to evaluate opportunities that align with their individual goals.

The program kicks off on Thursday evening with a welcome reception, allowing attendees to meet the group and connect with CHORD’s principals before the tours begin. Friday and Saturday are dedicated to visiting Panama City’s primary development zones, including established urban districts, waterfront communities, and master-planned residential projects. On Saturday, the tour extends to Panama’s Pacific coast, covering the Chame District and Playa Caracol, where major resort and residential brands are currently under construction. Sunday is reserved for leisure time in the city before departure.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet directly with developers, walk active construction sites, and tour the areas and projects they have been researching remotely. Feedback from previous summits has been consistent: attendees describe the on-the-ground experience as categorically different from anything research alone produces, with several entering negotiations on properties during the summit itself.

“Every market has its nuances,” said Steve Luther, founder of CHORD Real Estate. “The best way to understand what you are actually buying is to see it yourself, meet the people behind it, and ask your questions in person. That is what the summit is built around.”

The second annual summit, held in May 2026, drew twelve participants from across North America. The third edition is expected to attract a larger group, reflecting growing interest in Panama’s real estate sector. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis, and prospective participants are encouraged to reach out early to discuss the program and reserve their place.
