Carosella & Associates, P.C., a prominent West Chester law firm serving Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities, has announced the expansion of its family law practice with the addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq. With more than two decades of legal experience, Weber strengthens the firm's capacity to represent individuals and families in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, protection from abuse, adoptions, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Weber's arrival underscores Carosella & Associates' commitment to providing strategic legal representation tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Her extensive courtroom experience and client-centered approach align with the firm's dedication to delivering practical legal solutions. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, Weber began her career as a Philadelphia trial attorney handling personal injury litigation before founding her own firm in 2001. Over the years, she has built a broad practice encompassing family law, civil litigation, contracts, and labor law, offering a well-rounded perspective when addressing complex domestic issues.
Weber currently serves as a parent attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, advocating for the reunification of parents and children whenever appropriate. Her career includes handling challenging and high-profile matters, such as representing victims of child sexual abuse while coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Massachusetts. She also contributed testimony in support of New York's 2019 Child Victims Act before the state's Codes Committee and successfully represented mothers wrongfully accused of Munchausen by proxy, helping to reunite families. Additionally, she has served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for NITA and PEG, presenting programs on evidence, trial advocacy, and related topics.
"Welcoming Tina Weber to our firm represents an important investment in the continued growth of our family law practice," said Vincent Carosella Jr., Senior Partner at Carosella & Associates. "Her extensive litigation background, commitment to client advocacy, and decades of experience handling sensitive family law matters strengthen our ability to provide thoughtful, strategic representation for individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania."
Carosella & Associates approaches family law with an understanding that these issues often intersect with financial, business, real estate, and estate planning considerations. The firm's multidisciplinary capabilities allow attorneys to develop comprehensive strategies that address immediate concerns while supporting long-term goals. As family law matters frequently involve significant personal and financial decisions, early legal guidance can help individuals understand their options and develop effective strategies. With Weber's addition, Carosella & Associates continues to enhance its ability to provide responsive, compassionate, and strategic representation to clients throughout West Chester and the broader Pennsylvania region.
