In the early days, Carl started with no customer base, handing out business cards at gas stations and restaurants to keep the business afloat. Two decades later, the company has turned down acquisition offers from private equity firms to preserve its personal, family-centered values.

As a veteran-owned business, the discipline Carl and Heidi developed in the U.S. Army shapes a work schedule built around customer needs. “Our reputation has been instrumental to our growth. Until the last few years, we spent no money on advertising. It was 100% repeat customers and word of mouth,” said Carl, founder and owner. “We strive to provide quality service, quality work, and a quality interaction.”
Heidi added, “We don't want it to be mechanical. We care about the people that work for us – they're like family. It's important to us that we stay true to our founding: giving quality service with care and a heart.” The company is recognized for its annual Christmas Giveaway, now in its seventh year, donating a free HVAC system to a local neighbor in need each holiday season.
