Cari McGee, a Tri-Cities Realtor, has been recognized as the 43rd top real estate agent in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings. The ranking is based on her 2025 performance, during which she closed 52 sales totaling $26.3 million in sales volume. This marks the second consecutive year McGee has earned a spot on the RealTrends annual list.
McGee's 52 transactions placed her among the top 1.5% of agents nationwide and made her the third-ranked individual agent in the Tri-Cities. Her sales volume of $26.34 million ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd in Washington state. These achievements are particularly noteworthy given that home prices in the Tri-Cities are among the lowest in any major metro area in Washington, meaning McGee had to close a higher number of transactions to achieve comparable volume.
