Licensed Massage Therapist Amy Owens has announced the grand opening of her new massage therapy business at the Salon and Spa Galleria Oakmont Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. A United States Army veteran, Owens brings six years of industry experience and a therapeutic approach tailored to each client's needs.

Owens, who trained at Lancaster School of Cosmetology & Therapeutic Body Work in Pennsylvania, has worked extensively with chiropractic clients to aid recovery and improve adjustment outcomes. Her practice also draws on spa experience, aiming to help clients experience the benefits of massage therapy, particularly pain relief and relaxation. "I went into this business to help others benefit from massage the way I have benefited from it," Owens said. "My goal is to create a personalized experience that fosters both physical relief and overall well-being."

As an independent therapist, Owens offers a variety of modalities and pressure levels, from light to firm, accommodating clients seeking relaxation or solutions to pain and mobility challenges. Services include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, pregnancy, and hot stone massages, as well as ice globe and cold stone face massages, Himalayan hot stones, glide cupping, and aromatherapy. "During our sessions, I collaborate with clients to identify the most effective treatments that address their specific concerns," Owens added. "Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities, ensuring a holistic approach to your health."

Owens is currently accepting clients by appointment only, with hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. To celebrate her opening, she is offering free targeted hot stones or glide cupping services from August 1 to 7, and discounts for veterans and first responders. Clients can visit her booking site to schedule appointments and inquire about her loyalty punch card.
