ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its subsidiary Just Right Products has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. This larger municipality would be the largest the company has served to date. Both contracts are pending approval by the respective city councils.
Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed his enthusiasm, noting that the larger contract has been a pursued goal for over seven years. "This is exactly what we have been working toward," he said. "The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in."
The selection process for municipal uniform contracts is rigorous, involving formal competitive procurement where cities evaluate proposals on price, product quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of this size, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector. ADM believes its selection reflects its established track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties. The company's 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility and years of sustained engagement with the account also played a role.
Cities with populations exceeding one million employ thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation. Their apparel needs are recurring, making this contract potentially the most significant municipal opportunity in ADM's history. The second contract, with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, aligns with the profile of ADM's existing municipal customers. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's roster to 19 Texas cities.
The contracts are subject to city council approval and execution of final documents. Municipal uniform contracts are typically multi-year agreements with orders placed as needed, so revenue will depend on order volume over the contract's life. This announcement follows recent momentum, including an order from eight city fire departments after the company's first appearance at a 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arisons Investigators Association Conference. In August, ADM reported a return to profitability in Q2 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061.
Johnson emphasized the strategic importance of the new contract: "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."
ADM Endeavors operates through its subsidiary Just Right Products, with divisions including FW Promo and Academic Outfitters, serving corporate, municipal, school, government, and public-safety customers from its Fort Worth facility. For more information, visit admendeavors.com.
